## Prices (INR, inclusive of applicable taxes)
- ₹3,500 per adult (15+) per night, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and one high tea.
- Minimum ₹7,000 per room per night (equal to 2 adults).
- Children below 8: free with meals. Children 8–14: ₹1,000 per night with meals.
- Safari permits and charges are not included. Naturalist-guide ₹500 per Gypsy per safari; Gypsy pick-up/drop ₹500 per Gypsy per safari.
- Payment: 20% advance, 80% at check-out; UPI, bank transfer or cash. No card payments.

## Key facts
- Complimentary safari-booking assistance for staying guests (no service fee).
- Check-in 12:30 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Prior reservation required; no walk-ins.
- October to June is generally the preferred period for Tipeshwar safaris. Monsoon safaris may also operate depending on current forest conditions and Wildlife Department rules.
- Tipeshwar Wildlife Sanctuary is normally closed for regular safaris on Tuesdays, subject to Wildlife Department updates.
- Wi-Fi in common areas only. Jio and BSNL generally provide better connectivity in the region, but signal strength may vary because of the remote wildlife location.
- Pets not allowed. Not a pure-vegetarian property; vegetarian and Jain food on request.
- From Hyderabad: approx. 364 km / 7 h (Nandai), 330 km / 6 h (Bhavankhori). From Nagpur: approx. 180 km / 3.5 h.
- Preferred railway station: Adilabad. Preferred airport: Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport, Nagpur.
- Tipeshwar is a natural wildlife habitat. Tiger and other wildlife sightings depend on animal movement, weather, forest conditions and chance. Maya Stays cannot guarantee sightings of any particular species.
