Book a whole Maya Stay for your family, friends, photography group or team, or celebrate a birthday or anniversary in the forest.
Full-property and group bookings
Each stay has 4 rooms and hosts up to 16 adults. One group can book the whole property when all rooms are available. Ideal for families, friend groups, wildlife photographers and corporate teams.
Larger groups can be split across both operational stays, Nandai · Mathani Gate and Bhavankhori · Kodori Gate, subject to availability.
Long-stay and group discounts may be considered case by case.
Corporate teams
Corporate group stays are welcome. Small team discussions and meetings can be held in the common areas, and presentation equipment can be arranged on prior request (charges depend on the equipment).
Work from the wild
Both stays have common seating and work areas with tables, chairs, power sockets and complimentary Wi-Fi. Connectivity can vary in this remote location, so please don't rely on it for important video calls.
Travel agents & tour operators
We accept B2B bookings from travel agents, wildlife tour operators and travel partners. Contact Maya Stays directly for B2B tariffs and commercial terms.
Driver accommodation
Available at both stays for ₹1,500 per driver per night, with meals, in a basic non-AC dormitory, subject to availability. Vehicle parking is complimentary.
Birthdays, anniversaries & private celebrations
Small celebrations are welcome for staying guests.
- Decorations are available on prior request and are chargeable. We share a quotation first, and the full decoration cost is paid in advance once you approve it.
- We don't arrange cakes, but you're welcome to bring your own birthday or anniversary cake.
- Larger private events are possible with management approval and additional charges. Only registered staying guests may attend, normally up to 16 per property.
Special-arrangement refunds: fully refundable if we haven't incurred any cost; if part of the cost has been incurred, we deduct it and refund the balance; if the full cost is committed, it's non-refundable. Refunds are processed in 7–10 working days.
Evenings at Maya
A complimentary bonfire on request, subject to weather, safety and property conditions, finishing by 10:00 PM. Outdoor dinner near the bonfire may be possible when suitable.
Guests are requested to maintain a peaceful environment. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Low-volume music is fine before 10 PM; large speakers, DJ, karaoke or high-volume systems need prior management approval.
Maya Stays does not sell, supply or serve alcohol. Guests may bring their own only with prior management permission.

Tell us your dates, group size and preferred gate. Our team replies between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
Messages received after 9:00 PM may be acknowledged, but responses can begin after 9:00 AM the following day.
How booking works
- Send an enquiry on WhatsApp or through our form.
- We confirm room availability and the tariff.
- You upload the primary guest's ID through a secure link.
- You pay a 20% advance by UPI or bank transfer and share the payment proof.
- We verify it and send your booking confirmation (PDF) on WhatsApp.
