Had a wonderful stay at Maya Farm Stay with family and friends. The place is peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was fresh and tasty.
The hosts were warm and welcoming, making the experience even better. Its location near the Mathani Gate safari point is a big plus. We also enjoyed a great safari, spotting a tiger, beautiful birds, and other wildlife.
Limited network (only Jio) helped us truly disconnect and unwind. Highly recommended!

The food is a highlight—homely, comforting, and very well prepared. The staff is genuinely warm and attentive. Krishna and Pankaj ensured every request was taken care of, and their polite, welcoming nature made the stay more comfortable. The chef also took time to ask for feedback before we left, which shows the care they put into the experience.
The property is surrounded by farms with mogra (jasmine), mango, chikoo, chilli, and other plants, which gives a very calm and refreshing feel. The friendly dogs and cat add to the charm of the place.
It is located about 3.5 km (7–8 minutes) from Tipeshwar Wildlife Sanctuary (Mathani Gate). overall the experience is warm and relaxing.

We discovered Maya Farm Stay on Instagram while exploring weekend getaways near Tipeshwar, about 7 hours drive from Hyderabad. It’s an ideal spot for a relaxing staycation, with well-maintained rooms and simple yet delicious food that hits every note. Chef Madhukar stole our hearts with his cooking skills, and caretaker Praveen was always just a call away & super welcoming. Highly recommend this stay. Plus, it’s 3 kms away from Mathani Gate for easy wildlife safaris!

The staff arranged for everything that was needed, from pickup and drop for the safari, to excellent food and hospitality. Best place to stay in tippeshwar, the food is one of the best i have tasted during travel, the cooks and manager go out of their way to prepare the dishes you ask for. The location of the farm stay is very close to the mathani gate and manager himself is guide in the same gate. Amenities should be increased a bit like books, pool. But very nice located amidst nature.

Me n my friends have recently visited this place and we really loved the stay, hospitality and food.
This stay is bit interior in midst of green farm land and near to tipeswar forest, the rooms are huge and can easily accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults n 2 kids. Room is neat and tidy.
Staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Food is top notch taste we had too many extra snacks and was very economical.
Even though we dint see any tigers but the stay is magical.

However, don’t expect luxury or resort-style facilities. This is a rustic stay – limited network, basic amenities, and simple interiors. But that’s exactly the charm of this place. It’s more about nature, peace, and good company rather than luxury.

This was my second visit to Maya Farm Stay, and I was pleased to experience their new property located near Mathani Gate. The new location is a significant improvement and offers a comfortable and convenient stay for anyone visiting Tipeshwar Wildlife Sanctuary.
The rooms are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, and the food served is delicious. One of the biggest advantages of the new property is its proximity to Mathani Gate, making access to the wildlife sanctuary much more convenient.
I was also impressed by the noticeable improvement in hospitality. With additional staff and better management, guests are looked after with greater care and attention, making the overall experience warm and pleasant.
