Property Rules

Check-in and check-out

• Standard check-in: 12:30 PM. Standard check-out: 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in is subject to availability and may be chargeable depending on timing.
• Late check-out is subject to availability and may carry an additional charge, up to 1:00 PM at the latest.
• Late-night arrivals are welcome at any time with prior notice. Please share your ETA, and call or WhatsApp us before you arrive.

Guests and visitors

• Only registered staying guests are permitted. Outside visitors are not permitted.
• Rooms sleep up to 4 adults (2 on the main bed, up to 2 on extra mattresses). Each property hosts up to 16 adults aged 15+; children below 8 may be additional, subject to space and management approval.
• All adults must present valid ID at check-in.

Quiet hours and music

• Guests are requested to maintain a peaceful environment. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
• Low-volume music is allowed before 10:00 PM. Large speakers, DJ, karaoke or high-volume systems are allowed only with prior management approval.
• Repeated violations can result in guests being asked to leave without refund.

Bonfire

A complimentary bonfire is available on request, subject to weather, safety and property conditions, and must finish by 10:00 PM.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside guest rooms. Smoking is allowed only in the designated outdoor smoking areas.

Alcohol

Maya Stays does not sell, supply or serve alcohol. Guests may bring their own alcohol only with prior management permission, and must consume it responsibly.

Food and dining

• Meals are served in the indoor and outdoor dining areas. Food is not permitted inside guest rooms.
• Outside food is generally not allowed. Birthday and anniversary cakes are welcome.
• Guests do not have kitchen access. Staff can help heat milk or water and prepare simple baby food.

Pets

Pets are not allowed at either property.

Celebrations

Small birthday, anniversary and private celebrations are welcome for staying guests. Decorations are chargeable, quoted in advance and paid 100% in advance once approved. Larger events need management approval and additional charges, and only registered staying guests may attend.

Safety and security

• The premises are enclosed and fenced, with CCTV in outdoor and common areas, fire extinguishers, a first-aid kit and 24-hour on-site guest assistance.
• Please use the in-room locker/safe for valuables. Guests remain responsible for their own belongings.
• Illegal drugs or narcotics, unauthorized weapons and any illegal activity are strictly prohibited.

Not available

Laundry service, EV charging, guest kitchen access, baby cots/cribs and packed lunches are not available.
