Stay with us and we'll help you plan the safari: availability, the right gate, Gypsies and an experienced naturalist-guide. Safari-booking assistance is complimentary for staying guests.

For staying guests only, with no separate booking or service fee. Depending on your dates, we can help with:

- Naturalist-guide arrangement
Safari permits and charges remain subject to Wildlife Department rules, availability and pricing. If your preferred gate is full, we can arrange a safari at another gate, but travel between gates is not part of the safari booking.

Example: pick-up/drop for 2 Gypsies is ₹1,000. These are separate from Wildlife Department safari charges.
Gypsy capacity
Up to 6 adults + 2 children below 8 years per Gypsy, subject to current Wildlife Department rules.
Safari-friendly meals
Early tea or coffee before the morning safari, flexible meal timings around your safari, and packed breakfast on advance request. Packed lunch is not available.
Online safari booking
Regular online booking may sometimes still be available one day before the safari, depending on permit availability. We can't promise availability, so the earlier you plan, the better.
VIP / Priority safari
When regular online tickets are unavailable, a VIP/Priority safari may sometimes be arranged one day in advance, subject to availability, Wildlife Department regulations and applicable charges.
- You pay the applicable VIP safari charges at the gate.
- If the safari does not take place, no safari payment is made at the gate.
- VIP charges are set at the time and are not a fixed published price.

Timings are determined by the Wildlife Department and may change due to seasonal, weather, forest or administrative conditions.
Tipeshwar Wildlife Sanctuary is normally closed for regular safaris on Tuesdays, subject to Wildlife Department updates.
Naturalist-guide
Some Tipeshwar guides also work as experienced naturalists. We can arrange a naturalist-guide for your Gypsy at Nandai, Bhavankhori or Tipeshwar Gate, subject to availability.

For wildlife photographers
Maya Stays welcomes photographers. Naturalist-guides can help with tracking, understanding wildlife behaviour, anticipating movement, finding photography opportunities and Gypsy positioning where forest regulations permit.

Please bring your own cameras, lenses, batteries and equipment. Maya Stays does not rent camera gear.

Tipeshwar is a natural wildlife habitat. Tiger and other wildlife sightings depend on animal movement, weather, forest conditions and chance. Maya Stays cannot guarantee sightings of any particular species.
Online safari cancellation
Safari bookings follow the Wildlife Department's cancellation rules, which are separate from Maya Stays' accommodation policy.

Plan your stay and safari
Tell us your dates, group size and preferred gate. Our team replies between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
Messages received after 9:00 PM may be acknowledged, but responses can begin after 9:00 AM the following day.
How booking works
- Send an enquiry on WhatsApp or through our form.
- We confirm room availability and the tariff.
- You upload the primary guest's ID through a secure link.
- You pay a 20% advance by UPI or bank transfer and share the payment proof.
- We verify it and send your booking confirmation (PDF) on WhatsApp.
