Minimum room billing
Each room is billed at a minimum of ₹7,000 per night, the equivalent of 2 adults. This applies when one adult, or one adult with a child, occupies a room. Solo guests are welcome and pay the ₹7,000 minimum.
- The tariff normally stays the same on weekends, public holidays and peak dates.
- Long-stay, group and returning-guest discounts may be considered case by case.
- Payment: 20% advance to confirm, 80% at check-out, by UPI, bank transfer or cash.
- Same-day bookings need 100% advance payment.
Safari permits, Gypsy charges and VIP safari charges are not included and follow Wildlife Department pricing. Card payments are not available.
Fresh home-cooked meals, included
The standard tariff includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, one high tea and 2 complimentary water bottles per room per day.

Rice, roti, vegetable curry, dal, curd, papad and dessert.
Dinner — typical non-veg thali
Rice, roti, chicken curry, dal, curd and dessert. For a vegetarian dinner, paneer curry replaces the chicken curry.
Additional packaged water, and food, snacks, tea or coffee beyond the package, are chargeable.
Dietary requests
Special dietary requests can be accommodated with prior notice, subject to availability. We can prepare vegetarian, Jain, no onion/garlic, less spicy, and simple food for children or elderly guests. Strict vegetarian and Jain food can be prepared separately on advance request.

Travelling with an infant?
Our staff can help heat milk or water and prepare simple baby food. Guests don't have kitchen access, and baby cots/cribs are not provided, so please bring your own infant sleeping arrangement.

Fully paved road, reachable by normal passenger cars; an SUV or 4×4 isn't needed, and normal cars can generally reach us even during the monsoon. Free parking for about 6 vehicles inside the enclosed premises.
Both stays suit elderly guests: rooms are on the ground floor, though there may be 2–3 steps. The properties are not certified wheelchair accessible.
Safari from Nandai Gate
Staying guests get complimentary safari-booking assistance with no service fee: checking availability, gate selection guidance, online and VIP/Priority safari coordination, Gypsy coordination and naturalist-guide arrangements. Safari permits and charges remain subject to Wildlife Department rules, availability and pricing.

Wildlife photography
Our naturalist-guides can help with tracking, wildlife behaviour, anticipating movement, photography opportunities and Gypsy positioning where forest regulations permit. Please bring your own cameras, lenses, batteries and equipment (we don't rent gear). Charging points are available.
Tipeshwar is a natural wildlife habitat. Tiger and other wildlife sightings depend on animal movement, weather, forest conditions and chance. Maya Stays cannot guarantee sightings of any particular species.
Families, groups & work
Book the whole property (all 4 rooms) for your family, friends, photography group or team. Common areas have tables, chairs, power sockets and Wi-Fi for light work, though connectivity can vary. Complimentary bonfire on request, weather and safety permitting, until 10:00 PM.
