What is the price of a stay at Tipeshwar?
At Maya Stays it's ₹3,500 per adult (15+) per night, inclusive of applicable taxes, with breakfast, lunch, dinner and one high tea included. Each room is billed at a minimum of ₹7,000 per night.
Does the room price include the safari?
No. Safari permits, Gypsy charges and VIP safari charges are separate and follow Wildlife Department pricing. Safari-booking assistance from Maya Stays is free for staying guests.
Are there extra charges for children?
Children below 8 stay free with meals. Children aged 8–14 are ₹1,000 per night, including meals and an extra mattress.
How much advance is needed to book?
A 20% advance confirms a standard booking and the remaining 80% is paid at check-out, by UPI, bank transfer or cash. Same-day bookings need 100% advance. Card payments are not available.
Are prices higher on weekends?
No. The tariff normally stays the same on weekends, public holidays and peak dates.
